Property Marketing Flyers

Property flyers are a very important piece of advertising. I will use one of your old flyers to make a template for you to approve. Once approved, this will be used for all future flyers. Some agents use color flyers to put on display inside the homes, so that buyers can take one with them. They also put black and white flyers on the sign for people driving by.
Once I have created the flyers(an hourly charge), the cost for printing and delivering is as follows:

$20.00 for 30 double sided color flyers or $20.00 for 60 single sided color flyers. These will be on a card-stock paper, so they are thicker and stronger than just a regular piece of paper.

$10.00 for 60 double sided black and white flyers or $10.00 for 150 single sided black and white flyers. These will be on normal paper.


Postcards and other Marketing Materials

Your marketing materials look best when they are professionally printed. However, the turn around time for getting them printed and shipped can delay your effors. I will never have material printed that you do not approve first. You need to be satisfied with what goes out since it is your name and your reputation that is being marketed. Once you approve the marketing piece, I will find a local company to print them for the best price. This way there is only a couple day turn around time, not a couple weeks. I will address, stamp and mail the your pieces.

The cost for this would be billed hourly for the design and preparation to be mailed. To give you the best looking materials, unfortunately they can not be printed in house. Therefore, I will have to pass on the cost of printing and postage to you. I will not do like some companies and “mark up” these prices. You will be given copy of the receipt or invoice that I am given. This will vary depending on how many you choose to send out.
