Maintaining contact with the seller is a key piece of a good listing experience for your seller.  Seller’s don’t want to feel forgotten about once the sign is in the yard.

Each month I will keep you and your seller’s updated by:

Contacting agents that have completed showings for feedback.  Each week I will send either an email or a letter to the seller’s letting them know what feedback we were able to receive.  I will also check in to see how they are doing on flyers and deliver more if they run low.

At the beginning of each month I can also send an activity print out from MLS.  Showing where they rank to other homes on the market in their immediate area.  It will show, new listings, cancelled/withdrawn listings and price changes.  This way they know who the competition is and where they favor.  This is also helpful for you incase you feel a price reduction is needed.  They will have this information and know exactly what you are looking at when making this recommendation.

This would include 50 black and white sign flyers.
